All you have to do is provide the graphics and the dimensions, and we can build a product suited to your needs. You can choose to install your window shade inside the mullions, outside the mullions, in a hanging or horizontally installed position. You can choose from opaque or non-opaque materials and you can stretch one image across multiple windows (as shown at left) for a truly unique effect.

 

I need to take my graphics the road. Are there any hassles?

Simply retract your stand back into its base and store in our convenient 4”x4”x34” carrying case. You could easily store 3 or more in your backseat, your trunk, or in an overhead carry-on bin in an airplane.

 

Do I have to assemble my banner stand?

No, we take your image and install it into our Roll Up Banner Stand hardware. All you have to do is extend the feet on the bottom of the Roll Up Banner Stand put the pole in the base and extend the pole to your desired length, pull up the graphic to unroll it out of the base, attach the graphic to the hole via the included hook, and you’re all set. Can I use my Banner Stand Outdoors?

We do not recommend using your Roll Up Banner Stand outdoors. It is not meant to handle any sort of wind. The product will probably work on windless days with no precipitation but we cannot guarantee or warrant this use.

 

My last Roll Up Banner Stand had plastic parts that failed after a few months. How durable are your Pop-Up Displays?

1. Do I need to install any software on my computer in order to design online?

Nope! You can do it all as long as you have a browser and Adobe Flash installed. 

2. Can I upload my company logos and photos into the design tool?

Definitely. Upload your logos and graphics to turn our design templates into something unique to you and your company

3. Can I get design graphics from SignGrafx?

Yep! SignGrafx has graphics in the design tool which can be incorporated into your designs. Our ever expanding clipart offering can help you make a design even more customizable.

4. Can I make my product any size?

No. In order to fit the banner stands we have, the graphics must me 33" wide x 81. You can choose to pull the graphic up a shorter amount of you wish as the mounting pole is telescopic.

5. Can I order multiple products?

Absolutely. A number of our customers design a few banner stands online and include them in the same order to make their PO/billing easier

6. How can I assemble my banner stand?

You don't need to assemble  your banner stand in the more traditional sense. All you need to do is telescope the pole. Put the pole in the base, and then pull up the graphic image. You can literally be done in 60 seconds.

 

Images

1. How many colors can I have in my product and does it change the price?

There is no restriction on the colors you can have in your roller shade. The shades are produced digitally and thus can have unlimited colors, text, images, etc.

2. Will the printed product look exactly like it does on my screen?

Not exactly. All monitors are different and the printing process uses slightly different colors than monitors use in order to produce window shades. Your window shade will be very close to the color you specify but it will not be exact. If you need precision, please call us at 1-800-392-9860 to discuss your needs.

3. What format should my images be in?

The online design tool can accept JPG, PNG, and EPS formats. 

4. How can I tell if my image is good enough?

Generally speaking if you found the image on the internet, it is not good enough. It's also probably copyright infringement too. But, in order to determine if your image is good enough for window shade production, you can do this quick math problem to see. 

Example:

You want to make a window shade that was 36" x 24" and you want an image to cover the entire area.

You can take those numbers and add two 0's to it.  They are now 3600 x 2400

Find the pixel count on the image you have (in windows, right click and hit properties and then find where it says image size) and compare. 

If its close, you're probably good to go. You can be off by as much as 20% and still get an acceptable product. If your image is too low quality, someone from SignGrafx will contact you about it anyway, so don't worry!

5. Can SignGrafx help me design my product?

Sure. But you would  need to call our associates at 1-800-392-9860 to discuss your needs.

6. How do I delete the white space from around my picture/logo?

If you have a JPG image you will have trouble doing this unless you have photoshop. Even if you have photoshop, it is not very easy to do. If you need images which do not have white space, I you should try to locate the EPS version of the artwork in question as it generally does not have this issue.

7. Where can I find high quality artwork if I don't have any?

You can get inexpensive artwork from istockphoto and bigstockphoto if you need some added boost to your window shade designs! Check them out! If you can't find what you're looking for give us a call at 1-800-392-9860 and maybe we can help!

1. Is signing up for an account with SignGrafx required in order to purchase?

No. It is possible to checkout with just a guest account. However, if you want to keep your designs to reuse later  you will need to have an account so you can save your designs.  

2. How do I know my order was processed successfully?

When you order,  you will be redirected to a thank you page and you will receive updates via email all through the order and delivery process.

3. How can I make sure that my credit card information is safe?

SignGrafx has a team of developers that have designed our shopping cart with your safety in mind. Each transaction is encrypted with 128bit encryption to ensure your credit card information is always safe. Further more, we do not store any credit card information on our site, so after your order,  your CC number is not kept on our servers.

4. What happens if the images I use are poor quality?

If we think that your images will turn out poorly in print production we will attempt to fix the problem ourselves and contact you about the issue before it is produced.
